for hospitality

GuestSaga Technologies is building the AI brain for hotels — starting with the guest experience and eventually expanding to run the entire property.

Founded by Himanshu Barik — engineer, inventor, and someone who has stayed at 200+ hotels across 30 countries and lived every one of these problems firsthand — and Priyanka Barik, who leads strategy and commercial growth.

Our first product is an AI Concierge powered by a patent-pending system covering two engines: GSE, which handles multi-lingual guest text and intent and turns it into revenue; and ECHO, which does the same for voice notes — processing a voice message in under 8 seconds and responding intelligently, without any human in the loop.
